It's been a while since I last posted. This was due to the fact that I have been doing five 14 hour shifts for the last couple of weeks, trying to keep the wolves off the doorstep. It's getting harder and harder each day to make a living driving cab. None the less, I still tell the people that get into my cab that "I'm livin the dream, man, Livin the dream!" They usually smile at me like I'm some kinda moron, or they chuckle and tell me that they too are livin the dream!

Ive been getting reports that ABC cabs up at the regent mall are up to their old tricks still. These asshats don't seem to be cluing into the fact that all this strong arm tactics they are using are only alienating them from everyone, including the public.
One ABC cab rear-ended a loyal cab to get him to move out of the spot he was parked in to pick up a passenger. Then later that night the same loyal cab had a cheeseburger thrown on his windshield from an ABC cab.

One of our own cabs had a run in with an ABC cab the other night. One of our drivers had picked up a senior lady that jumped out of an ABC after she found out how much they charged to go down the hill. She asked the driver to stop so she could get out and hail a different cab, the driver told her "no, you're in my cab now and I'm gonna take you" When she said she didn't want to go with him, he slammed the brakes on and let her get out in the middle of the parking lot. The senior citizen had to walk back to the front of Wal-Mart to grab another cab!!
